Spicy Beef Noodles



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound beef cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 packet uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 4 cups water
  • salt and black pepper to taste
DIRECTION:
Step-1:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over high heat. Cook beef  with onion, garlic, ginger paste, chilli paste, black pepper and salt until just cooked through.Transfer to a bowl.
Step-2:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes.Transfer to a bowl.
Step-3:
Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat and saute onion and garlic chopped until softened, 5 to 10 minutes. Add beef stock, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover skillet with a lid, and cook uncovered until liquid thickens, about 10 minutes.
Step-4:
Add cooked noodles and cooked beef along with their accumulated juices and stir to combine.
Step-5:
Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and parsley leaves. 
Step-6:
Remove from the heat and Serve HOT.

How To Make Beetroot Juice


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 small beetroot sliced
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 stalk of celery chopped
  • 1 large apple sliced
  • 1/2 litre water 
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 inch small piece ginger, peeled
  • 6 tbsp sugar

DIRECTION:

Step-1:
Pour Water in the jar of a blender. Add beetroot, apple, celery, ginger, lemon juice and sugar.

Step-2:
Blend in the blender until smooth.

Step-3:
Place a fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and prepared mixture over it. press the mixture with spatula to get maximum juice out of it. Discard the pulp.

Step-4:
Juice is ready for serving. Fill up serving glass with juice and serve.
                 
          Drink it immediately to get maximum nutrients.

How To Cook Creamy Mushroom Soup



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped shitake mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped portobello mushrooms 
  • 1.5 liters organic chicken or vegetable stock 
  • 1 onion , peeled and finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 75 ml single cream
  • 250 ml (1 cup) thickened cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

DIRECTION:
  1. Melt half the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until foaming. Add the onion, garlic, ground black pepper and thyme and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes or until onion is soft. Add the remaining butter and the mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until the mushroom is soft.
  2. Mix in the flour until smooth.
  3. Add stock to the mushroom mixture and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool.
  4. Place one-third of the mushroom mixture in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a heatproof bowl. Repeat, in 2 more batches, with the remaining mixture.
  5. Combine the soup and single cream in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until heated through. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour half of the thickened cream, bring just back to the boil, then turn off the heat. 
  7. Ladle the soup among serving bowls and Drizzle with extra  thickened cream.
  8. Served with Breads or rolls, as your wish.

How To Make Fish Sandwich



INGREDIENTS:
  • Fish boneless 1/2 kg
  • Bread slices (sandwich) 8-10
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Onion paste 1 tbsp
  • 2 eggs biol and slices
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • 1 quart oil for frying, or as needed
  • Salt to taste
METHOD:
  1. Cook the fish with the oil, onion paste, garlic paste, mustard paste, salt and black pepper.
  2. Now season the cook fish with Mayonnaise.
  3. Heat 5 inches of oil in a deep-fryer to 365 degrees F (180 degrees C). While oil is heating, make the batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and water. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper; whisk into the egg mixture until smooth. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  4. Assemble sandwiches by placing one slice of  bread, then sandwich them with the swiss cheese and sliced egg in the middle. Then place cooked fish in middle, again sandwich with the swiss cheese and cover it to other bread and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Dip each sandwich in the batter so that all sides are coated. 
  6. Deep fry in the hot oil until golden brown on all sides. Cut it as your wish, then remove toothpicks and arrange on a serving tray. Serve Hot.

How To Make Green Grape Juice



INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp suger
  • 4 ice cube
  • 1/4 tsp green food color
HOW TO MAKE:
  1. Wash the fresh grapes.
  2. In a blender, blend grapes, sugar, green food color and lemon juice until very smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids.
  4. Pour in glass and serve chill with ice cube and fresh grape.
  5. Yummy and refreshing green grape juice ready to drink !!

How To Cook Egg Meatloaf



INGREDIENTS:
  • 400g beef mince
  • 4 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 2 tsp ginger chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 5 tsbp butter
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 3 tbsp freshly grated cheese 
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp curly leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 10 ounces (approx. 20 slices) bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • loaf tin
  • 1 large roasting pan

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain under cold running water until they are cold. Peel and reserve to one side.
  3. In a frying pan, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, ginger and parsley and cook, stirring often, until the soften, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes. 
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the other ingredients with onion, garlic, ginger and parsley mixing well with your hands to incorporate them.
  5. Arrange half of the beef mixture in the base of the loaf tin.
  6.  Arrange the hard-boiled eggs side by side along the length of the tin. 
  7. Cover with the rest of the beef mixture and shape so that it is curved down over the eggs in an arc.
  8. Make sure the eggs are completely covered by the meat mixture. Top the meatloaf with 1 slice of bacon.
  9.  Bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked, draining any excess moisture from the tin, halfway through cooking.
  10. Remove when ready and allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before turning out onto kitchen paper to dry.
  11.  Arrange on a serving plate and slice the end portion. Garnish with the mizuna leaves and serve.

How To Cook Colorful Suji Halwa


INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups suji
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • Water as required
  • 1.5 cups sugar or as required
  • 2 tbsp powder milk
  • ½ cup pistachios chopped
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp red food color
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla for flavor
HOW TO COOK:
  1. Heat a pan and roast the suji for 10-11 mins on a low flame. keep on stirring in between so that the suji does not burn and gets a uniform color. keep aside.
  2. In another pan take water and sugar and give it one rolling boil. close the fire. strain the water to remove the sugar impurities and keep aside.
  3. In a pan, melt ghee. fry pistachios nuts in the ghee till golden brown. 
  4. Add the roasted suji and mix it with the ghee.
  5.  Mix everything well and after 2-3 minutes add cardamom powder.
  6.  Roast the suji, ghee, cardamom, pistachios nuts mixture for 12-15 minutes on a low flame.
  7.  Add the hot sugar water to the suji slowly and gradually.
  8. Add powder milk.
  9.  Keep on stirring while adding the sugar solution. take care to see that no lumps are formed.
  10. Warm 2 tbsp water and add color to it then add it to halwa.
  11. Stir the whole mixture very well and let the suji halwa cook for 5-6 minutes more.
  12. Add vanilla flavor.
  13. Halwa is ready, now transfer it to the greased plate and level it with laddle.
  14. Allow halwa to cool at least for half an hour before you cut them into desire shape and Serve it.
