How To Make Fish Sandwich



INGREDIENTS:
  • Fish boneless 1/2 kg
  • Bread slices (sandwich) 8-10
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Onion paste 1 tbsp
  • 2 eggs biol and slices
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • 1 quart oil for frying, or as needed
  • Salt to taste
METHOD:
  1. Cook the fish with the oil, onion paste, garlic paste, mustard paste, salt and black pepper.
  2. Now season the cook fish with Mayonnaise.
  3. Heat 5 inches of oil in a deep-fryer to 365 degrees F (180 degrees C). While oil is heating, make the batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and water. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper; whisk into the egg mixture until smooth. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  4. Assemble sandwiches by placing one slice of  bread, then sandwich them with the swiss cheese and sliced egg in the middle. Then place cooked fish in middle, again sandwich with the swiss cheese and cover it to other bread and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Dip each sandwich in the batter so that all sides are coated. 
  6. Deep fry in the hot oil until golden brown on all sides. Cut it as your wish, then remove toothpicks and arrange on a serving tray. Serve Hot.

How To Make Green Grape Juice



INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp suger
  • 4 ice cube
  • 1/4 tsp green food color
HOW TO MAKE:
  1. Wash the fresh grapes.
  2. In a blender, blend grapes, sugar, green food color and lemon juice until very smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids.
  4. Pour in glass and serve chill with ice cube and fresh grape.

How To Cook Egg Meatloaf



INGREDIENTS:
  • 400g beef mince
  • 4 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 2 tsp ginger chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 5 tsbp butter
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 3 tbsp freshly grated cheese 
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp curly leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 10 ounces (approx. 20 slices) bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • loaf tin
  • 1 large roasting pan

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain under cold running water until they are cold. Peel and reserve to one side.
  3. In a frying pan, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, ginger and parsley and cook, stirring often, until the soften, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes. 
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the other ingredients with onion, garlic, ginger and parsley mixing well with your hands to incorporate them.
  5. Arrange half of the beef mixture in the base of the loaf tin.
  6.  Arrange the hard-boiled eggs side by side along the length of the tin. 
  7. Cover with the rest of the beef mixture and shape so that it is curved down over the eggs in an arc.
  8. Make sure the eggs are completely covered by the meat mixture. Top the meatloaf with 1 slice of bacon.
  9.  Bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked, draining any excess moisture from the tin, halfway through cooking.
  10. Remove when ready and allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before turning out onto kitchen paper to dry.
  11.  Arrange on a serving plate and slice the end portion. Garnish with the mizuna leaves and serve.

How To Cook Colorful Suji Halwa


INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups suji
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • Water as required
  • 1.5 cups sugar or as required
  • 2 tbsp powder milk
  • ½ cup pistachios chopped
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp red food color
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla for flavor
HOW TO COOK:
  1. Heat a pan and roast the suji for 10-11 mins on a low flame. keep on stirring in between so that the suji does not burn and gets a uniform color. keep aside.
  2. In another pan take water and sugar and give it one rolling boil. close the fire. strain the water to remove the sugar impurities and keep aside.
  3. In a pan, melt ghee. fry pistachios nuts in the ghee till golden brown. 
  4. Add the roasted suji and mix it with the ghee.
  5.  Mix everything well and after 2-3 minutes add cardamom powder.
  6.  Roast the suji, ghee, cardamom, pistachios nuts mixture for 12-15 minutes on a low flame.
  7.  Add the hot sugar water to the suji slowly and gradually.
  8. Add powder milk.
  9.  Keep on stirring while adding the sugar solution. take care to see that no lumps are formed.
  10. Warm 2 tbsp water and add color to it then add it to halwa.
  11. Stir the whole mixture very well and let the suji halwa cook for 5-6 minutes more.
  12. Add vanilla flavor.
  13. Halwa is ready, now transfer it to the greased plate and level it with laddle.
  14. Allow halwa to cool at least for half an hour before you cut them into desire shape and Serve it. 

How To Cook Green Apple Halwa


INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 Green Apples blended
  • Suji (semolina) 2 cup
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Hot water 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 teaspoon green color
  • 1 cup condense milk
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Pistachios and Cashew nuts chopped 1/4 cup
METHOD:
Dry roast the Suji (semolina) in a non-stick pan with ghee till fragrant. Add half cup milk and mix well. Add the apple puree, water and the remaining milk. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cardamom powder and cook till the mixture thickens. Add green color and pistachio and cashew nuts chopped, stir and cook for another three minutes. Halwa is ready, transfer it to the greased plate and level it with laddle. Allow halwa to cool at least for half an hour before you cut them into desire shape and enjoy this cuties.

How To Cook Malai Chicken Curry


INGREDIENTS:
  • Chicken boneless 1 kg
  • 2 onion grated
  • Onion paste 2 tbsp
  • 10 Finely crushed green chilies
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Coconut paste 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Cardamon powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Coconut slice 1/2 cup   
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion grated until light pink.
  2. Now add onionginger and garlic paste and roast it slightly.
  3. Then put boneless chicken and salt.
  4. When water of chicken dries, roast it nicely and add green chilies, coconut paste, cardamon powder and black pepper.
  5. Then put some water.
  6. After 5 minutes put fresh cream.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with coconut slices.

How To Make Chocolate Shake


INGREDIENTS:
  • Cooking chocolate 300 gm grated
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • Caster sugar ½ cup
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp heaped
  • Whipped cream 300 gm
  • Grated chocolate to decorate
  • Water as required
METHOD:
Melt chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water, stir until melted, remove from heat and cool slightly, beat eggs, gradually adding in sugar, beat for 10 minutes until is doubled in volume, fold in cooled chocolate and coco powder until combined, in a separate bowl beat cream until stiff, carefully fold the cream in chocolate mixture, spoon into 2 serving glasses, chill for 1 hour, decorate with extra grated chocolate.

How To Make Mango Kulfi


INGREDIENTS:
  • Milk 1 kg 
  • Sugar 6 tbsp 
  • Fresh Cream 8 ounce 
  • Rafhan Custard powder 2 tbsp heaped 
  • Mango puree 1 cup 
  • Ice cream powder 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Cook milk till boiling. 
  2. Add sugar and cook till reduced to 4 
  3. cups. 
  4. Dissolve heaped rafhan custard powder and ice sream powder in ¼ cup of cold milk
  5. Then add to the boiling milk, stirring till mixture and cook for 5 minutes. 
  6.  Remove from heat, cool completely .
  7. Then add fresh cream and mango puree
  8. Fill mixture in Kulfi molds and freeze over night till firm.
  9. At the time of serving, place molds under tap water for a few seconds so that it releases easily from the mold. Insert sticks into each kulfi and serve.


How To Make Yummy Jelly Cake



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Cake Sponge
  • 1 tin Condensed milk
  • 1 cup Pine apple juice
  • 2 packets Cream
  • 2 packets Red jelly
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
METHOD:
In a bowl put together 1 tin Condensed milk, 1 cup Pine apple juice, 2 packets Cream and 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence. Beat well.
Separately cook 2 packets red jelly and leave it to cool.
Cut 1 sponge cake into square size thin slices. Now put one piece of cake in a serving dish. Pour beaten cream on top then put on top jelly pieces, then again pour beaten cream and jelly pieces. Serve chilled.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 8-10 Brown or White Bread Slices
  • 1/3 cup (4 tablespoons) whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce (ketchup)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Tomato Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Potato (boiled and sliced)
  • 1 Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Cucumber ( peeled thinly sliced)
  • 1 Capsicum Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Boiled Beetroot
  • ½ cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Butter as required
  • Chaat Masala as required
  • Black Salt as required

METHOD:
Slice the edges of the bread if you prefer. spread butter evenly on all the slices. spread the egg mayonnaise on it now. place the onion, tomato, potato,cucumber and capsicum slices. sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala evenly on them. also sprinkle a pinch of black salt. Now top with grated cheese. cover the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices and place under a preheated grill with some olive oil. toast for 2 to 3 minutes till the bread gets toasted well and golden. spread some butter on top of the hot sandwiches and serve with the remaining tomato ketchup.

Strawberry Yummy Milkshake


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 7 strawberries, hulled and sliced 
  • 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup white sugar 
  • 1/2 cup crush ice cube
METHOD:

Fried Rice and Salmon Fish Grilled


INGREDIENTS:

For Salmon Fish Grilled:
  • 2 skinless, boneless salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
For Fried Rice:
  • 2 cups cooked long-grain rice
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup onion leaf, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt as required
METHOD:

Salmon Fish Grilled:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Season the salmon with chili garlic sauce,lemon juice, garlic paste, salt and pepper and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the salmon in the oven until cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and keep warm.

Fried Rice:
Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add about 1/2 tablespoon of the butter and crack the eggs into the pan, stirring with a metal spatula to scramble and chop them finely. Remove the eggs from the pan.

Add 1 tablespoon of the remaining butter to the same pan and saute the onion, carrot, onion leaf and tomato until softened, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons butter and the cooked rice. Stir well, mixing the vegetables and rice together. Fry for a few minutes, mixing constantly with the spatula. Add the eggs and mix well. Add the soy sauce and keep stirring. Turn off the heat.

Transfer the fried rice to a plate, top with the salmon and serve hot.

Chill Blue Lemonde


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup crashed ice
  • Blue food colors few drops
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

METHOD:
Put All Ingredients in the Blender except Fizzy Drink Blend Well, Pour It in the Serving Glasses Leave Some Space in the Glass and Pour Fizzy Drink in It before Serving.Serve Immediately with ice cube and cherry.

How To Make Mutton Meat Ball


INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 cup mutton meat chopped
  • 2 cup olive oil
  • 2 medium onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon finally ground white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 

METHOD:
  1. Mix all ingredients with hands in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly incorporated.
  2. Roll the mixture between the palms of your hand to round, golf ball-size meatballs (about 1 1/2 inches).
  3. Now mix with egg beaten and breadcrumbs.
  4. Deep fry for 15-20 minutes till crisp and brown.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.



Healthy Kheer Of Bottle Gourd


INGREDIENTS:
  •     Bottle gourd grated (500 grams)
  •     Ghee 3 tablespoons
  •     Cashew nuts 15
  •     Milk 1 litre
  •     Sugar 1/2 cup
  •     Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  •     Kewra water 1 teaspoon 
  •     Almonds (Cut into thin stripes)
  •     Pistachio nuts- (Cut into thin stripes)

METHOD:

Step 1:
Peel bottle gourd, cut into half, remove seeds, wash and then grate. Boil in water until soft, strain and then squeeze to remove excess water.

Step 2:
Heat ghee in a pan, add cashew nuts and sauté till lightly browned. Drain and keep aside.

Step 3:
Add boiled bottle gourd to the same ghee, cook for few minutes and keep aside. Bring milk to a boil, then simmer till it is reduced to three-fourths and add the cooked gourd. Stir to mix well. Add sugar. Cook till sugar dissolves and kheer is semi-thick. Mix in green cardamom powder and kewra water.

Step 4:
Pour into individual serving bowls, garnish with browned cashew nuts, almonds and pistachio nuts and serve hot or cold.

Healthy Soup With Chicken And Vegetables


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 
  • 8 medium green onions, sliced
  • 2 medium carrots,cabbage small dice sliced
  • 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 pound dried pasta
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 dried bay leaf
  • 3 quarts chicken stock
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • Salt as required

HOW TO MAKE:
In a large sauce pan, heat the olive or vegetables oil.When the oil is hot, add the chicken saute for about 5 minutes, or until the meats are brown.Add the onions and saute till the onions are translucent. Add celery, carrots,cabbage, green onions, garlic, parsley, basil, and bay leaves. Season with Creole seasoning. Saute the vegetables for 4 minutes. Add the pepper and saute for 1 minute. Add the stock and bring the liquid to a boil. Add the pasta. Reduce the heat to a simmer, uncovered, for about 20 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Cover the pan and simmer the soup for 10 to 11 minutes on a low to medium flame. Then add salt as required.

Healthy Pomegranate Juice


INGREDIENTS:                                                           
  • 1 Cup Fresh Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Teaspoon Suger
  • Ice Cube
METHOD:
  1. Take 1 cup Pomegranate seeds in the blender jar.
  2.  Pour 1/2 cup Water and 2 teaspoon Suger.
  3.  Pulse it for few times in a blender until the outer layer of seeds break, completely the juice turn bitter.
  4. Take a bowl and place the metal strainer over it to sieve the juice. pour prepare juice over it.
  5.  Press pulp using backsides of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
  6.  Pour the prepare juice into serving glass.
  7.  Add ice cube.
  8.  Served Chill.

How To Make Fried Prawns



INGREDIENTS:
  • Prawns cleaned 250 gm
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Corn flour 3 tsp heaped
  • Flour 3 tbsp heaped
  • Egg 1 beaten
  • Baking powder ½ tsp heaped

METHOD:
  1. Take cleaned Prawns in a bowl 
  2.  Mix White pepper ½ tsp, Salt ½ tsp, Soya sauce 1 tbsp, Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp, Corn flour 3 tsp, Baking powder ½ tsp.
  3.  Leave to marinate for 30 minutes
  4.  Deep fry for 5 minutes
  5.  Remove and mix with  Flour, Egg beaten and again Flour
  6.  Refry once again with before serving till crisp and golden.
  7.  Served Hot.

How To Make Coconut Laddo



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1.5 cups fresh grated coconut
  • 2½  cups desiccated coconut for rolling (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk

METHOD:
  1.  Heat 1 tsp ghee in a frying pan.
  2.  Saute fresh coconut in ghee for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3.  Mix milk and cardamom powder in a pan coconut.
  4.  Stir very well and cook this mixture on a low flame.
  5.  Now add condense milk.
  6.  Turn on stove and cook in low medium heat, stirring constantly until sticky and a mass pulls away from the pan.
  7.  Let cool a little. Cool and roll into laddoos with oiled hands. Roll in the reserved  desiccated coconut.
  8.  You can also make all the laddos at once and then roll in the desiccated coconut.
  9. Serve coconut laddos straight away or refrigerate and serve them later.

How To Cook Carrots Halwa



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 tin (200g)                 -  NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk.
  • 1 litre                              -  Milk 
  • 2 tbsp                              - Ghee
  • 1 Kg                                - Carrots Grated
  • 25g                                  - Kaju (Cashew nuts) Chopped
  • 25g                                  - Kishmish (Raisins)     

HOW TO MAKE:
  1. Mix carrots and milk in a pan, bring to a boil. Cook on low flame, stirring occasionally, till milk dries up.
  2. Add NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and continue cooking on low flame, stirring occasionally, till it dries up
  3. Add the ghee and cook for another 10 minutes. Garnish with nuts and raisins and serve hot.

Cheesy Chicken Burger



INGREDIENTS:
  • 8  good-quality or fresh burger buns, split
  • 8 sprigs of fresh flat-leaf parsley

  • 2 medium red onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese 

METHOD:
  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium. Add onion, black pepper, lemon juicecelery stalk, with salt and ground pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl; cool to room temperature. 
  2. Add chicken to vegetable mixture in bowl with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper. Mix to combine. Shape mixture into four 4-inch-wide patties.
  3. In reserved skillet, heat remaining tablespoon oil over medium; cook patties until browned and cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes per side. Place chicken on burgers buns, and top with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, boiled egg slices and Cheddar Cheese slices.
  4. Close the burgers and serve right away. 

Yummy Fruits Falooda



INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Powder Milk 
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tbsp Custard Powder
  • Chopped Red Apple, Banana And Kiwi Fruits
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Basil Seeds

METHOD:
  1.  Firstly, soak the basil seeds overnight in water.
  2.  Take a sauce pan, add milk and boil it.
  3.  Add sugar and stir well.
  4.  Add powder milk and stir well.
  5.  Add some cold milk and custard powder in a small bowl and stir well.
  6.  Add this custard flavored milk to the boiled milk by switching off the flame.
  7.  Boil it for few minutes and keep stirring.
  8.  Add cardamom powder.
  9.  Allow the Falooda to cool.
  10.  After cooling the Falooda, take a glass.
  11.  In the bottom layer, add the Basil seeds.
  12.  Serve the Falooda in the Glass.
  13.  Chill the serving glasses in the fridge for half an hour.
  14.  Finally garnish with sliced Red Apple, Banana and Kiwi Fruits.
  15. Served chill.

How To Cook Fried Rice And Fried Chicken Wing



INGREDIENTS:
  •     3 Tbsp. butter, divided
  •     2 eggs, whisked
  •     2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
  •     1 small white onion, diced
  •     1/2 cup frozen peas
  •     3 cloves garlic, minced
  •     salt and pepper
  •     4 cups cooked and chilled rice
  •     3 green onions, thinly sliced
  •     3-4 Tbsp. soy sauce, or more to taste
  •     2 tsp. oyster sauce (optional)
  •     1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil

DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a saucepan, combine rice and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, boil carrots in water about 3 to 5 minutes. Drop peas into boiling water, and drain.
  3. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted. Add egg, and cook until scrambled, stirring occasionally. Remove egg, and transfer to a separate plate.
  4. Add an additional 1 tablespoon butter to the pan and heat until melted. Add carrots, onion, peas and garlic, and season with a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Saute for about 5 minutes or until the onion and carrots are soft. Increase heat to high, add in the remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter, and stir until melted. Immediately add the rice, green onions, soy sauce and oyster sauce  and stir until combined. Continue stirring for an additional 3 minutes to fry the rice. Then add in the eggs and stir to combine. Add the sesame oil, stir to combine, and remove from heat.
FRIED CHICKEN WING



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning Salt.
  • 4 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Crashed Crackers
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 12 whole Chicken Wings, cut in 1/2 at the joint

DIRECTIONS:
Mix in the chicken wings, cover, and refrigerate 30 minutes. Combine the flour and crushed crackers with the crushed red pepper, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, lemon juice and garlic paste in a large mixing bowl. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
