INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken boneless 1 kg
- 2 onion grated
- Onion paste 2 tbsp
- 10 Finely crushed green chilies
- Fresh cream 1 packet
- Coconut paste 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 cup
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
- Cardamon powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Coconut slice 1/2 cup
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onion grated until light pink.
- Now add onion, ginger and garlic paste and roast it slightly.
- Then put boneless chicken and salt.
- When water of chicken dries, roast it nicely and add green chilies, coconut paste, cardamon powder and black pepper.
- Then put some water.
- After 5 minutes put fresh cream.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve with coconut slices.
