INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cup mutton meat chopped
- 2 cup olive oil
- 2 medium onion chopped
- 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh continental parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon finally ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients with hands in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly incorporated.
- Roll the mixture between the palms of your hand to round, golf ball-size meatballs (about 1 1/2 inches).
- Now mix with egg beaten and breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry for 15-20 minutes till crisp and brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
