INGREDIENTS:
- Prawns cleaned 250 gm
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
- Corn flour 3 tsp heaped
- Flour 3 tbsp heaped
- Egg 1 beaten
- Baking powder ½ tsp heaped
METHOD:
- Take cleaned Prawns in a bowl
- Mix White pepper ½ tsp, Salt ½ tsp, Soya sauce 1 tbsp, Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp, Corn flour 3 tsp, Baking powder ½ tsp.
- Leave to marinate for 30 minutes
- Deep fry for 5 minutes
- Remove and mix with Flour, Egg beaten and again Flour
- Refry once again with before serving till crisp and golden.
- Served Hot.
