INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups Milk
- ½ cup Powder Milk
- ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tbsp Custard Powder
- Chopped Red Apple, Banana And Kiwi Fruits
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Basil Seeds
METHOD:
- Firstly, soak the basil seeds overnight in water.
- Take a sauce pan, add milk and boil it.
- Add sugar and stir well.
- Add powder milk and stir well.
- Add some cold milk and custard powder in a small bowl and stir well.
- Add this custard flavored milk to the boiled milk by switching off the flame.
- Boil it for few minutes and keep stirring.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Allow the Falooda to cool.
- After cooling the Falooda, take a glass.
- In the bottom layer, add the Basil seeds.
- Serve the Falooda in the Glass.
- Chill the serving glasses in the fridge for half an hour.
- Finally garnish with sliced Red Apple, Banana and Kiwi Fruits.
- Served chill.
